Ultimately, I prevailed and had the evil scourge in my sights....

...when one of my humans decided to give it a chance to live outside. Pout. I really wanted to chomp his little head off!

A Comfy Cozy

On cold winter nights, I like to watch television with my female human. And I really like to be close to my boyfriend!

Christmas Eve Dinner

My people had a fancy dinner on Christmas Eve with this funny type of fish that had a hard orange case.

It sure smelled like seafood but it didn't look like seafood.

Naturally, I had to investigate this matter.

Perhaps just a little taste when they aren't looking!

A Warm Lap

A nice November day

Morning sun is great for relaxing...I'm sure this will be a busy day.

Laying on the rail is more exhausting than it looks, trust me.

Then my boyfriend and I went outside and he even sniffed me!

He likes the catnip toy when nobody is looking.

But laying in the sun is still his favorite thing...after food of course!

After my big day outside, it was nice to get back to my human.

And relax on my porch.

Then I spotted my nemesis--Mr. Abert's Squirrel!

Clearly this demon is the spawn of Satan.

My big tree adventure!!! Part 1

Well today was one of the most of my life! My female person decided that I should learn to climb a tree so that I would have an escape in case a big nasty came after me.

So she held me up to the tree and encouraged me to climb!

I'm not sure this is such a good idea...that's a long ways up.

But with a careful spot and a bit of a boost, I get my claws going and start to climb!

Soon I'm powering up the tree and the bird house is within reach!

At last I reach the birdhouse and mantel up!

Oooh, I can smell birdies in here!

The view from on top is wonderful!

Soon my exploration instincts kick in.

And I investigate the tree from limb to limb.

It was a great adventure...but getting down again proved a challenge. Let's just say it wasn't as dignified as I'd like but I made it safely back to basecamp.
